"I like the shape and design of this. The all round zipper makes accessing everything so easy and the 2 sections keep everything organised. However, I doubt that i will ever use this as a backpack. The shape and handles look weird in that configuration. The straps tuck away nocely though so it's not a huge deal."
"My only issue is that there's no way to hide the incredibly long handles when using it as a backpack. They look silly and could easily become hooked on something. Hopefully being able to tuck them away gets designed into the next iteration of this bag."

"Solid bag and a nice update from the original so the trolley pass through can zip closed to be a pocket, however it would be better if the backpack straps could be removed completely, otherwise they add bulk to the bag and take up interior space if you choose not to use them."
"it's quite clunky when using as a backpack. The adjustable straps also kept expanding, and I had to continue to pull them tighter as I was walking across the airport. I love the overall design and concept, had very high hopes, however it didn't stand up well on 2 trips so far. . ."
