Late in deliver and then disregarding my request.

"Dear Herschel, Although I have ordered four items to be sent to a hotel I was in Stuttgart - I got only three. When I inquired about the missing item - I notified you that I am leaving that address (hotel) and asked for a refund instead. There was no answer for two weeks… and yesterday, suddenly, a notification that you sent the missing item to that hotel (I’m no longer staying in). That’s very weak. Please refund me or send it to my address in Israel. Many thanks."
