Product never arrived - willing to take your money

"I was purchasing this backpack for the start of my son’s school year. The order process was quick and easy. Like any other online purchase in the year 2025. However, the days turned into weeks, the weeks turned into a month. And the item was never actually shipped. So Herschel took my $$ but never shipped the item. Won’t be purchasing anything from Herschel again."

Quality as always, design help!

"The bag features a really cute Lego flower design and is slightly larger than I actually needed. When I was looking at it, I was sure it had the chest clip on the straps to help kids keep it on and carry their load more comfortably. Unfortunately, it doesn’t — which is very disappointing. All backpacks should have these straps, especially at this price point. I’m still debating whether to return it."
